Rod Edwards is a futurist & technology executive that works daily in commercializing AI, but is fascinated by post-labour politics, single crystal graphene, medical hibernation, embodied AI, and everything in between.

Rod spent 11 years in the high touch, boutique contact center space, finishing up his time at IntouchCX as the EVP of Technology.

Roughly three years ago, with a talented crew of colleagues, he left 24-7 to bring AI-powered attended automation to the contact center space, becoming the COO of Laivly. Along the way, Rod has had opportunity to support some of the world's most dynamic & respected brands, and has seen all manner of technology applied to all manner of business goal - some successfully, some in glorious failure.
